You can check the status of referrals here. Please note that referral processing can take 2-3 weeks or longer.
Last referral faxes were reviewed on Thursday, December 11, 2025. For any referrals sent before this date to which we haven't responded, please email us at hello@emwc.ca and re-fax the referral page.
Once a referral has been accepted, patients will be contacted within 24 hours through email (if available) and SMS messaging to book their appointment online. Patients are able to book their appointment by visiting our booking page.
